We are certain you will be delighted with our products, but if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with an item we’ll fully refund you providing you return it within 14 days of receipt.
Due to the high quality of our furniture it is very unlikely that through normal usage a piece will develop a flaw, but in the event an item becomes faulty, we will collect it and offer you a replacement. On delivery we request you check the goods to make sure you are happy with the purchase and sign the delivery receipt confirming you are satisfied with the condition of the item when it arrives.
Our guarantee covers any damage that may occur in transit and defective parts or issues with workmanship. However, we cannot replace items that develop flaws due to incorrect handling, spillage and accidents, or typical wear and tear.
Returning a Product
As stated above, any item that does not meet your expectations can be returned within 14 days from the day you received the order, and fully refunded. To qualify for a full refund the goods must be in the same condition as when delivered, unused, and preferably with the protective packing intact, or as intact as possible.
To arrange collection of unwanted goods, please email us and we will contact you with clear instructions regarding collection. Once we have collected the furniture, our customer service manager will make sure the item conforms to our refund policy, and unless you have requested a replacement, a full refund will be issued within 30 working days.
Our returns and refund policy complies with the European ruling on distance selling which is recognised by UK law by the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
On delivering your order, our drivers will ask you to check each piece before you sign the delivery slip stating you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if there is a flaw you missed, we ask you let us know as soon as possible by calling 01234 567890 or emailing email@example.com. Photos of damages are very helpful to start the replacement process.
We will exchange any faulty items within 7 days of receiving the damaged goods.
Incorrect Goods Received
While very rare, everyone can make mistakes and if you receive an incorrect item, please don’t accept the goods. Our driver will return incorrect orders to the warehouse and we will contact you to rearrange delivery as soon as possible at our cost.
In the event you accepted an order believing it to be correct, only to find out after it was not, contact us as soon as you realise the item is not what you ordered and we will get the right one to you at your earliest convenience.
