Returns - Cooling off period
You have 14 days to decide to keep your ordered items or return them for a
refund.
This exceeds, but does not affect, our legal obligation to
our customers under the European Directive on distance selling
(Which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000), whereby our customers
have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 7
working days without having to give us a reason. The
7 working days start from the day after the day that you receive
the goods.
We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the
goods, but a charge of £45 will be deducted from your refund which you will receive within 30 days of the receipt of the goods back at our warehouse. We politely request that all goods be packed in the original packaging and in perfect condition. We unconditionally reserve the right to not refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition.

Returns - Defective Goods
Where you have received damaged or defective goods we will, of course, arrange
for these to be taken away and a replacement or refund arranged.
You shall be provided with a full refund within 30 days.
Where the defect or damage is readily visible this should
be highlighted at the time of delivery. In such a situation
the carrier will be instructed to contact the Kalusto office
and the piece can the approved for immediate removal. Any
further claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be
made to us within three working days of delivery. Before goods
are authorised for return to Kalusto we may require a digital
photograph of the faulty or damaged item to ascertain whether
the broken or damaged part can be replaced rather than the
entire piece.
