Canceling your order
You can cancel your orders at anytime up to the point where you have been contacted to arrange delivery and delivery arrangements have been agreed. We politely request that you cancel your order as early as possible should you change your mind. This will allow us to cancel the order with the factory before it has been shipped.
Custom made orders are non-refundable.
