Where do you deliver?
Delivery is free for deliveries within England, Wales and Scotland (only south of the Caledonian Canal).
It is no problem to deliver to Northern Ireland or to the areas of Scotland north of the Caledonian Canal, however there will be additional charges and these can only be handled by telephoning your order to us so we can quote these delivery costs before ordering.
When am I contacted to arrange delivery?
As soon as we have your ordered item(s) you will be contacted either by Kalusto
or one of its carriers to arrange delivery. If you have ordered
multiple items we will hold items until the full order is
ready for delivery and contact you then. If for any reason
you require split delivery additional delivery costs will
be charged.
How long will it take for delivery?
Estimated delivery times are quoted on the product pages. These are based on supplier lead times. In many cases we will be able to deliver from stock much more quickly than these estimated times. However, delivery times may also exceed these estimates.
Who will deliver?
Premier two man delivery service
Our customer support team will contact you to arrange a delivery date and will offer a four hour time slot with a one hour pre-call for the day of delivery. On delivery your order will be unloaded and delivered into the room of your choice, provided that there is reasonable access for this to take place.
Courier delivery service
Small pieces of furniture, small orders and some home assembly items will be delivered by courier. You will be contacted in advance to book in a delivery date. Courier deliveries will take place between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. If you are unable to take the delivery on the day allocated the courier will leave an attempted delivery notification which will ask you to contact them to rearrange another delivery at your earliest convenience.
Sunbury Collection delivery service
The Sunbury collection will usually be delivered direct by the manufacturer (this may not be the case if you have multiple products from different suppliers) They will contact you no less than five working days before the delivery date. When the delivery takes place, the two-man delivery team will unpackage and assemble all items in your room of choice.
Barcelona, Pritchard, Enzo, Lucienne, Brompton, Burlington, Carlo, Hanover, Ivy, Jasper, Loopy and Vico Collections delivery service.
These collections are delivered direct using a one man or courier delivery service. Customers should be aware that they may be required to assist the driver when receiving these items. If you are not able or do not wish to assist, please discuss this with our customer service team at the time of order.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
On delivery you will need to arrange for the items to be checked and signed.
Can I arrange for delivery to an alternative address?
Yes, to ease the delivery process you can, during the ordering process, elect to use an alternative address for delivery - this will be confirmed when we contact you later to arrange for delivery.
