Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Kalusto Limited will not be responsible for transmission and/or computer error
affecting the logging of entries to this Draw. The
prize is not redeemable for cash.
Registration
In order to enter this Draw, you must submit a valid
email address. No purchase is necessary.
Employees and extended families of Kalusto Limited,
and their associated entities as well as other agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Notification
The winner will be selected by Kalusto Limited and
will be notified by email. Prize notifications returned
as undeliverable as addressed, will result in an alternate
winner being selected.
The Draw is scheduled for 30th September 2008. To claim the
prize the winner must confirm acceptance within 30
days of the Draw. Details of the winner can be obtained
by contacting us.
Prize
The competition winner will receive a £500 voucher
to spend on furniture of their choice at Kalusto.co.uk.
Publicity
All entries, once submitted, automatically become
the property of Kalusto Limited and will be used for
Kalusto Limited promotional purposes only. Kalusto
Limited shall not pass on your email to any other
organisation. Kalusto Limited shall send you no more
than 15 promotional emails a year. You can un-subscribe
from receiving Kalusto Limited newsletter emails by
emailing unsubscribe@kalusto.co.uk.
By un-subscribing before the Draw date your entry
will be removed from the Draw.
By participating in this promotion, the entrants
agree to be bound by the rules as specified and by
Kalusto Limited decisions, which are final in all
matters relating to the promotion.
